1. What is the minimum age and ID requirements to enter GCIRCUIT?
Entry to the event requires a minimum age of 20 years. Only government-issued identification cards will be accepted. If you prefer not to bring your passport, you can bring other government-issued IDs, such as a driver’s license or a national ID card, provided they include both a photograph and a date of birth. Temporary paper driver’s licenses, birth certificates, school-issued IDs, or expired identification cards will not be considered valid for entry. IDs shown on government applications, such as Thai ID, Singpass, Digital iD, and myGovID will be accepted. Please note that photographs of IDs will NOT be accepted.
2. How do I purchase GCIRCUIT SK tickets?
You can conveniently purchase them online through our website. Please note that 4-night party combo passes are not available for purchase at the door. Only individual party tickets for the same day can be bought at the box office. To ensure your entry and avoid potential disappointment due to sold-out events, we strongly advise purchasing your tickets in advance.
3. I already purchased a ticket but entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
If you've entered the wrong email address when purchasing your GCIRCUIT ticket, please contact our customer support team at info@gcircuit.com. Provide them with the transaction details, including your full name, ticket reference number (if available), and the correct email address. They will assist in updating your email address to ensure you receive all necessary event information and ticket details.
4. What if I didn't receive a confirmation email after purchasing my ticket?
First, check your spam or junk mail folders. If you still can't find the confirmation email, contact us at info@gcircuit.com with your full name and purchase details, and we'll resend the confirmation.
5. Are there any GCIRCUIT host hotels offering special rates?
Yes, GCIRCUIT partners with several hotels to offer special rates exclusively for our attendees. These host hotels are conveniently located near event venues, making transportation easier and enhancing your experience. Details about host hotels, including booking codes and special offers, will be available on our website under the "Host Hotels" section. We recommend booking early, as rooms at these special rates are limited and tend to fill up quickly.
6. How to collect my wristbands?
You must pre-register your tickets before collecting your wristbands (pre-registration details will be available and posted around end of March). During pre-registration, you can update the name since it needs to match the name on your ID when you pick up the wristbands.

Wristbands will be ready for collection at the Early Ticket Pickup Center. They will also be available at the Wristband Pick-Up Point near the venue’s Box Office starting from 7:00pm for all night parties and starting from 1 pm for all pool parties. When you come to collect your wristbands, please present the QR code you received after pre-registering your tickets. The name on the QR code must match your ID’s name.

We recommend picking up your wristbands at the Early Ticket Pickup Center to expedite venue entry and maximize your time on the dance floor, rather than in the queue.
7. Can someone else pick up my wristband?
Yes, you can designate someone else to pick up your wristbands on your behalf. The designated person must present a government-issued ID (original, paper, or digital copies are acceptable) that matches the name on the ticket.
8. What are the location and operating hours of the Welcome Center?
The location will be at Emsphere and the operating hours will be from 11 am till 4 pm. More details will be made available around mid-March.

In case you cannot make it during the Early Ticket Pickup Center’s operational hours, your wristbands will be ready for collection at the Wristband Pick-Up Point near the venue’s Box Office from 7:00pm for all night parties, 1:00pm onwards for all pool parties.
9. How to use my wristband?
Each wristband is intended for individual use and is non-transferable. For every entry and exit, your wristband must be scanned by security staff at the entrance/exit. Wristbands not scanned out will not grant re-entry, so you cannot ‘borrow’ a wristband from someone inside to give it to someone outside. If you stay until the end of the event, no scan is needed for exit; your wristband will be automatically reset for the next day. Wristbands for individual parties are valid only for their respective events.

GCIRCUIT operates on a cashless system (except at the bag check and certain sponsor booths). Each wristband is equipped with an RFID chip. To purchase food and beverages at the events, you must load money onto your wristband using cash, credit cards, or bank QR transfers. You can top up your wristband as needed, and any unused credits can be used across all festival events. Please note that the credit is non-refundable.
10. Are cut-off or damaged wristbands replaceable? How about lost or stolen ones?
In the event of cutting off or damaging your wristband, kindly reach out to our staff at the Wristband Pick-Up Point. For a 800 THB fee, they will provide you with a new wristband, which will also include any remaining credit from your previous wristband. Remember to bring the old wristband with you for this process.

For lost or stolen wristbands, repurchasing is necessary. Individual party ticket wristbands will be available at the door price, while festival passes will be obtainable at the advance tier price. Please note that any remaining credits on lost or stolen wristbands cannot be transferred.
11. What are the differences between VIP and Standard tickets?
VIP tickets grant you:
– Priority admission to the parties
– Access to VIP Platforms offering unobstructed views of the stage and main dance floor
– Access to VIP bars and VIP toilets
– A special gift from us or one of our sponsors (applies to some events only)

Standard tickets include:
– Admission to the parties

*** Please note that VIP privileges are not applicable to the pool parties; all festival passes receive equal treatment during this event. ***
12. I have a standard ticket, can I upgrade to VIP?
Upgrade from standard tickets to VIP is possible, subject to the availability of VIP tickets for the same event (or VIP all night party passes). We recommend arriving early, as VIP tickets are limited. To upgrade, you will need to pay the difference between the at-door price of the VIP and Standard tickets and you can choose to upgrade for all four nights or select specific nights.
13. What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refund will be given for any circumstances.
14. Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your pass to another individual, you have the option to modify the name during the pre-registration process. Please be aware that name changes can be made only once.

Reselling tickets is permitted. However, according to GCIRCUIT terms of sale, tickets must not be resold at prices exceeding their face value.
15. What is the best time to arrive to the parties?

18. What should I wear / not to wear to the party?
We encourage guests to embrace their creativity and dress according to the party’s theme. However, please refrain from wearing attire that exposes your genital or buttock areas, as this is against the law in Thailand. Wearing sheer underwear or a jock strap without accompanying shorts or pants is also prohibited.

Remember to always wear both a shirt and pants in public areas to avoid potential fines from authorities.
19. What should I do if I require medical assistance at the party?
There will be a prominently designated Medical Station on-site. Our licensed medical team is dedicated to delivering appropriate care, ensuring you can continue enjoying the festival. On-site medical services provided by our team are both confidential and free of charge. Don’t hesitate to seek their assistance if needed.
20. Are there designated smoking areas at the events?
We have designated a smoking area outside the event hall. We kindly ask you to restrict smoking to this designated space. We understand that this arrangement might be slightly inconvenient, but it’s important to note that smoking within indoor spaces is illegal in Thailand and strictly enforced by the venue. Non-compliance could result in substantial fines to the event organizer and jeopardize future venue usage.

Anyone found smoking within the event hall or in restrooms will be immediately escorted out of the event, their wristband will be invalidated, and no refunds will be provided. This policy applies without exceptions or prior warnings. We emphasize that the repercussions far outweigh any momentary convenience. We kindly request that you utilize the designated smoking area for smoking.
21. Is there a lost and found service during the event?
Yes, we have a lost and found service available on-site. If you lose an item, please visit the designated area near the venue's Box Office, where our staff will assist you in checking for any recovered belongings.
